NetBoom

Floating Net Booms are used for a wide variety of applications across various industries. The use of nets reduces the cost of expensive cleanup programs, provides controlled maintenance and minimizes the impact on environment due to aquatic based activities. Netbooms can be used as swim curtains at lakeside resorts, hotel swim areas, and waterparks and are designed to provide a well maintained, debris free, protected swim area.

Elastec/American Marine manufactures most of its floating net boom to our customers requirements. Our nets are manufactured in a number of different materials depending on the application. Net booms can be custom made to depth and strength requirements ranging from light duty to deep robust purposes.

Some typical uses include controlling trash at outfalls, jellyfish exclusion, debris around construction sites, aquatic vegetation at intakes and boat slips as well as marine life exclusion in swim areas and construction zones.
